Your details, including your credit card information, are kept totally secure by our website system which uses one of the world’s major companies in this ﬁeld to handle your data. Please read these terms and conditions before using our site. By using this site you agree to these terms and conditions.
Virtually all orders are despatched on the day they are received and certainly within 24 to 48 hours by Australia Post or one of their services. Please see the DELIVERY and REFILLS and CARTRIDGES pages on our website which deals with all aspects of the delivery of orders. The terms set out on that page are a part of our Terms and Conditions.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. These are subject to change. Our prices include delivery with the exception of refill orders for which there is a $4.00 charge per packet and ink bottles for which there is a $10.00 charge.
You acknowledge that, despite our care, products may be listed at incorrect prices or with incorrect information. In such circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the transaction whether the order has been charged or not. Should it have been charged a credit would be issued to your card.
Goods on the site are shown in good faith as being available at the time of ordering. it is possible that unexpected demand may result in goods being unexpectedly out of stock.
Manufacturers of goods we supply offer guarantees of their products which in most cases is for two years against faults in materials and workmanship. Should a problem arise we would liaise with the manufacturer concerning it. In such cases goods would be repaired or replaced. Any complaints should be sent to us in writing at the contact details at the foot of each page of our website. In each State governments maintain a dispute resolution body to handle complaints if required.
We give refunds if notified of a desire to return within 7 days, but not for change of mind. We will also gladly exchange goods. Please contact us by phone in advance. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in the original gift packaging with proof of purchase. In the case of many of our luxury products such as Montblanc pens the packaging is an essential integral part of the product and no refund will be given if this is not in perfect condition. Goods should be sent to our PO. Box by a method which includes tracking.
We regret we cannot accept the return of refills or cartridges.
Engraved articles cannot be returned.
